The Nike Air Max 1 ‘87 Luxe “Oregon PE 2024” is a special colorway of the retro running shoe dedicated to the University of Oregon. Undoubtedly a head-turning look, the Air Max 1 ‘87 features various textiles inspired by the University of Oregon’s mascot, known simply as the “Oregon Duck.” A mismatched arrangement of panels in Duck-inspired fabrics and colors appear throughout the shoe’s design. Oregon’s signature “O” branding is embroidered on the heel in place of the Air Max 1’s “Nike Air” logo. A small yellow Swoosh is embroidered on the lateral side of the forefoot, while a classic Swoosh in an Oregon Duck-inspired flair appears on the sides. A green-tinted Air unit is found in the heel of the aged-looking midsole. This limited edition sneaker is individually numbered out of 225. It was produced in partnership with Division Street’s Ducks of a Feather. Release date: March 30, 2024
